There's nothing worse than being forced to enter short "non-sentences" for each question in a 360 degree feedback survey because the text must make "sense" regardless of whether the respondent is reviewing themself or another person. An example of such a statement is "Productive as could be".
Professional Quest doesn't force you into this compromise - the text that is shown for questions and help text can be different depending upon whether the person reading the question is reviewing themself or someone else. Consider the example below:

In addition to showing context-sensitive text, you can include the name of the person being reviewed in the question text. This ensures that the respondent is always focusing directly on the person they are reviewing - never again will they get halfway through one of their reviews, and forget who's review they are actually doing! |
