Professional Quest is usually used to develop Web surveys. There will be times, however, when the non-HTML questionnaire form will need to be used. This includes whenever a response is edited from within Professional Quest, and whenever a network "kiosk" is being used to collect responses (instead of a Web survey form). It is therefore useful to be able to set the layout of the non-HTML questionnaire form. The layout can be changed through a series of toolbar items at the top of the non-HTML Questionnaire Form Layout Window as shown below:
