Respondent Data Piping makes it possible to pipe details about the survey respondent (or the person they are reviewing, if the survey is a 360 degree feedback survey) into text that within the survey. This can include any of the data that has been entered for the respondent (including the eight user-defined fields that can contain custom data such as department, telephone number etc. for the respondent).
In the example below, the name of the person being reviewed has been piped directly into the question text so that the questions refer specifically to the review subject:
