Professional Quest features a complete Email generation and management system. HTML or text-based Email invitations and reminders can be sent to survey respondents. The Email can be personalised, so that each respondent gets an Email specifically tailored to them (it can use their name, and any other information that has be loaded into the respondent database). A full Email editor is provided for customising Emails to your particular needs:
Each respondent can receive a link to the survey that includes their login details. All they need to do is click on the link and they will be immediately logged into the survey and taken to the first survey page.
Professional Quest ships with a number of Email templates that can be used as the basis for your own Emails. |
